Absence Policy Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions define the absence policy for students at Quranic Institute (“the Institute,” “we,” “our”). Your enrollment in our program and use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

1. Attendance

Students are required to attend classes at their scheduled times. Regular attendance is an essential element to ensure full benefit from the educational program.

2. Absence and Class Cancellation

2.1 Class Cancellation

If a student wishes to cancel a class:

  • The Institute must be notified at least two hours before the scheduled class time.

  • Failure to notify within the specified time will result in the class being considered an absence by the student.

  • The full class fee will be charged, in consideration of the teacher’s time.

2.2 Absence Due to Emergency

In the event of a student’s absence due to an emergency or medical condition:

  • The Institute reserves the right to review the case.

  • The session will be recorded under the appropriate classification at the discretion of the Institute’s management.

3. Lesson Compensation

  • If a class is canceled with proper notice (at least two hours in advance), a make-up class will be scheduled.

  • In the case of absence, the class will not be compensated, and the full class fee will be charged.

4. Teacher Absence

If the teacher is absent from a class, the student will be compensated by scheduling an alternative class.

5. Class Suspension

  • If a student wishes to request a suspension of classes, the Institute must be notified in advance.

  • Class suspension is not permitted for more than three consecutive months.

  • If the suspension exceeds three months, the student forfeits the right to resume or compensate previous classes, and a new subscription will be required to continue.

6. Schedule Changes

If the teacher is unable to attend the class, the student will be notified in advance, and an alternative time will be scheduled.

7. Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any updates via email or through the Institute’s system.
